Can I register without linking a broker?

You can create an account and explore the portal, but order placement requires a linked broker such as Dhan.

What information is collected during onboarding?

We collect PAN, contact details, risk profile inputs, and broker linkage metadata required for compliance and service delivery.

Login & Authentication

Which sign-in methods are supported?

Mobile OTP and Google sign-in are supported on web and mobile.

What happens if I forget my password?

The platform uses OTP-based login — request a fresh OTP on the sign-in screen.

Are sessions device-bound?

Sessions are JWT-based and may expire; re-authenticate if you see an unauthorized message.

Why am I redirected to /auth after navigating to a protected route?

Portal routes require an active subscription and valid session. Sign in again to continue.

Can a user have multiple roles?

No. Admin access is granted separately by the operator team.

How is admin access granted?
